在這個階段，我經營 online gaming / e-commerce 相關業務，透過 Amazon、eBay、Taobao、8591 等平台做銷售。這是我第一次完整接觸產品、價格、客戶、平台規則、訂單、交付與售後，也讓我很早就知道：商業不是單點能力，而是一條完整的營運鏈。During this stage, I ran an online gaming and e-commerce business across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Taobao and 8591. It was my first full exposure to product positioning, pricing, customers, platform rules, orders, delivery and after-sales support. I learned early that business is not a single skill, but an end-to-end operating chain.

在 Thompson V.，我擔任 Business Assistant，主要支援公司日常業務與營運資料。我接觸到客戶資料、產品資料、訂單文件、供應商資訊和內部行政流程。這段經驗讓我看見傳統企業裡資料和流程常見的問題：資訊分散、格式不一、很多邏輯存在人的經驗裡，而不是系統裡。At Thompson V., I worked as a Business Assistant supporting daily business operations and operational data. I worked with customer data, product information, order documents, supplier information and internal administrative processes. This experience showed me common problems in traditional operations: scattered information, inconsistent formats and business logic that lives in people’s experience rather than in systems.

在 Mighty IT League，我擔任 Data Analyst，使用 SQL、Python、R 和 MySQL 處理大量資料。我處理過 5M+ records 的資料集，建立 MySQL ETL 流程，也產出過 50+ SQL reports。這段經驗讓我從單純整理資料，逐步進入資料查詢、清理、轉換、報表和 business analysis 的完整流程。At Mighty IT League, I worked as a Data Analyst using SQL, Python, R and MySQL to handle large datasets. I processed 5M+ records, built MySQL ETL flows and produced 50+ SQL reports. This experience moved me from data organization into the full cycle of querying, cleaning, transforming, reporting and business analysis.

在 iSPAN 的 Java / Full-stack training 中，我從 data analysis 延伸到 software development 和 system building。我參與 responsive e-commerce web application 的開發，也帶領 7 人團隊完成專案。這段訓練讓我理解前端、後端、資料庫、authentication、user flow 和系統交付之間的關係。Through iSPAN’s Java and full-stack training, I extended from data analysis into software development and system building. I worked on a responsive e-commerce web application and led a seven-person team to complete the project. This training helped me understand the relationship between frontend, backend, databases, authentication, user flow and system delivery.

在 Singlife，我主要支援 Distribution Sales Analytics，工作內容涵蓋 Snowflake / Oracle SQL、QlikSense dashboard、sales performance tracking、Heatmap career workstream、Convention career workstream、data reconciliation、UAT 和 stakeholder alignment。這段經驗讓我從 data analyst 進一步成長為更接近 analytics engineer / data product builder 的角色。At Singlife, I support Distribution Sales Analytics across Snowflake/Oracle SQL, QlikSense dashboards, sales performance tracking, the Heatmap career workstream, Convention workstream, data reconciliation, UAT and stakeholder alignment. This experience has grown me from a data analyst into a role closer to analytics engineer and data product builder.
