這個能力其實可以延伸到全球運籌或成本分析的場景。因為不管是銷售數字，還是物流成本，背後都需要有人能夠把差異拆解清楚，找出真正影響結果的原因，並整理成團隊可以理解、可以行動的改善方向。
In Heatmap and Convention, I often explain variances by identifying whether they come from timing, mapping, data source or business rule changes. This capability translates directly into freight cost analysis: I can compare estimated versus actual cost and identify the impact from carriers, lanes, routes, shipment modes, surcharges or clearance delays.
