我最擅長的，是把混亂的 business problem 變成清楚的 system。 What I do best is turn messy business problems into clear systems.
我一路走來的經歷有一個共同點：不管是電商、傳統業務、資料分析、dashboard、incentive rules，還是家族 F&B 生意，我都會自然地把問題拆成流程、資料、規則和可執行的解法。對我來說，數據不是最後的報表，而是讓 business 可以被理解、被追蹤、被改善的工具。 Across my journey, there is one common thread: whether it is e-commerce, traditional business support, data analytics, dashboards, incentive rules or family F&B operations, I naturally break problems into processes, data, rules and executable solutions. To me, data is not the final report; it is a tool to make business understandable, trackable and improvable.
